To ensure age-appropriateness, each intervention is available in versions tailored for adolescents and young adults aged 11 and above, as well as for children aged 6 years and older.
Again, all programmes are provided as PDF’s, so they can be used in your setting as many times as necessary without any ongoing costs, and all updates are included for no extra cost. Annual licensing is required.
Changing Patterns (Behaviour)
The “Changing Patterns” course is designed to empower young people by helping them understand and modify negative patterns of behaviour.
Through this supportive programme, participants will explore their current thought processes and reactions, and learn strategies to cultivate more positive ways of behaving and responding to situations. The aim is to foster more favourable outcomes, enabling young people to break free from cycles of reprimand and negative reinforcement and build a more constructive path forward.
Exam Anxiety
This programme equips students with practical tools and effective strategies to manage anxiety around exams, empowering them to ensure it doesn’t negatively affect their academic performance or overall wellbeing.
Participants will learn to identify and rationalise anxious thoughts, replacing them with more realistic and constructive perspectives.
Managing Anxiety
This insightful programme guides students in exploring the potential causes of their anxiety, helping them to understand and rationalise these feelings. It equips them with practical strategies to effectively manage their anxiety, preventing it from negatively impacting their daily lives.
A key aspect of the programme is normalising the experience of anxiety, explaining that it’s a common human emotion and that unrealistic expectations of never feeling anxious can be unhelpful. Instead, the focus is on developing healthy coping mechanisms, highlighting that how we manage anxiety is what truly influences our mental wellbeing.
Ready to Go (Attendance)
This programme offers a supportive space for students to explore the potential reasons behind their anxiety about attending school. It facilitates open discussion, helping students to rationalise these concerns and collaboratively develop a personalised plan for their return.
Each step within this plan is carefully discussed and thoughtfully structured to alleviate anxiety, empowering students to feel more confident and relaxed about their school attendance.
