These terms and conditions apply only to purchases made through our website.  Purchases made by Invoice are not subject to these terms.

1. We use Stripe and Woocommerce payments to process card payments on this platform.  As per the notice when “checking-out” they will process the data provided to request and take payment.  Any data provided that is retained or used by us will be retained and used by us, as per the terms in our Privacy Policy.
2. When payment has been processed and is complete you will have the following restrictions on downloads:
   1. You may download each resource a maximum of 5 times from our platform, and
   2. You must make these downloads within 30 days of your purchase.
3. You may request additional access to your downloads by email: hello@balancedschools.co.uk where we will check our purchase records.
4. The number of downloads and time-limit on downloads does not preclude you from having more than 5 copies of the downloads.  The licesne agreement that accompanies the downloads has more details.
5. Your 12-month license commences on the date of purchase and will run until the anniversary of your purchase the following year (12th March 2025 -> 12th March 2026 for example)
6. We will attempt to make contact with you at least 28 days prior to your license renewal becoming due.  Failure to renew your license requires that you destroy any and all copies of the resources under your control.
7. You may renew your license via online payments or via invoice.
8. You warrant that you are aware of what you are purchasing, the use-cases for the resources, and that you are buying the correct items.  Due to the digital and download nature of our resources, refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, and if a genuine error is notified to us promptly after purchase.  That being said:
   1. We are happy to engage with anyone before purchase to advise and ensure that the products are right for you,
   2. We appreciate that sometimes errors are made.  We will be as flexible as is reasonable!

10. Downloading the resources is considered implicit agreement to these terms and conditions, and to comply with the license agreement availablein your downloads.
